You mean the harpy? I downloaded Better Repack R15 and it's already included. But if you want a separate mod file, I believe it's [AiLegend] HD Monster Pack.

The storyline, the rich character details, animations and beautiful girls! I'm glad I stumbled across this gem and sincerely hope to see more!
I believe some sort of mod with shader has been used on top HS2? The renders look much better than MRD, quite similar to MBIML which is a big improvement.

It's reminds me of Solo leveling ,I mean it's good considering the sister and her mother, Sister leveling 😭🤣

Disappointed by the lack of small chested main girls(only 1, really?That won't do man, nah uh)
Story wise, brilliant, really captivating, no skip button was pressed, that is impressive feat in itself, that's how enjoyable the game was.
